Are your arena diagrams accurate?
Yes — that is the entire point. Letters sit at true meterage just outside the rail, the twenty-metre circle passes through E, B, and the points ten metres either side of X, and cross-country flags are red on the right, white on the left. If a figure is wrong, it is a defect and we want to hear about it.
Do your designs copy real dressage tests?
Never. Published tests are copyrighted documents. Every test pattern we draw is a fictional sequence of our own — the arena letters and figure geometry are generic and safe, the choreography is invented. You will not find a governing-body test reproduced on anything we sell.
When will my order ship?
Goods are made to order, which takes 3–7 business days of handling, then ship with tracking. Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days total; international varies by destination and is quoted at checkout.
How do the sizes run?
Tees and crews run true to a modern unisex fit; size up one if you like room over a schooling shirt. Each product page carries its own size chart — check it before ordering, because made-to-order pieces exchange more slowly than fast fashion.
What if it arrives wrong or damaged?
Contact us with a photo and your order number and we will remake or refund it at no cost. Because everything is made to order we cannot take change-of-mind returns on worn or washed items, but we will always make a genuine mistake right.
How do I care for the print?
Wash inside-out in cold water and skip the dryer when you can. The inks are water-based and rated for repeated washing — treat the garment like a good schooling shirt and the drawing will outlast the season.
Can you order for a whole barn or a banquet?
Yes. Totes for the trainer, crews for the lesson program, a run of hats for the year-end awards — send us the barn, the count, and the date through the contact page and we will help you plan it around show season.
